Friendship Quilters

Friendship quilters meet the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 10 am, however they are on hiatus for the remainder of the summer, and will start again on Friday 8th of September.

Our new meeting place is at the Holy Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church which is located 516 Victoria Avenue just east of Eastside Secondary school (formerly Moira high school).

For more information contact Jean H. or Marilyn B.

We are often asked about “Friendship Quilts”, what are they, who makes them and where are they made. In the Quinte Quilters’ Guild, Friendship Quilts have come to be known as the quilts made for people in need or who are ill in the community. They are distributed through various organizations in and around the City of Belleville. There is a need for quilts year round for warmth, comfort and for a feeling that someone cares.
